Mila Kunis' stalker was recaptured by the police after escaping from a secure mental health facility over the weekend.
Stuart Lynn Dunn was charged on January 2013 of stalking Kunis. Syracuse reported that Dunn was stalking Mila for 3 consecutive days in her gym and was sentenced to six months rehabilitation and 5 years probation. He was also ordered to stay away from Mila Kunis for 10 years.
Dunn escaped from the institution on Saturday, where he'd spent 2 years already. Police believed that Dunn climbed through the bathroom window of Olive Vista Behavioral Health Center, and then scaled the barbed-wire fence. Reaver Bingham, the Deputy Chief of LA County Probation Department, said that officials went looking for Dunn when he didn't return from a shower. They worked with the LA County Sheriff's Department's major crime division in searching for the escapee. They found Dunn half-mile from the beachside of Santa Monica according to the Sheriff's spokesperson Nicole Nishida. The police knew that Dunn has friends in Pomona, and they tracked him down in that area.
Ashton Kutcher might have felt the horror upon learning the news when the police had informed Kunis of the incident. Youth Health Mag has reported how Ashton is so protective of his family's security. In fact when the actor learned that the paparazzi have taken pictures of his daughter Wyatt, he expressed his disappoints over his Twitter account.
Since this is not the first time that Dunn has done the violation, Kunis and Kutcher must have taken extra precaution when advised by the police department. In 2012, He broke into the vacant house of Kunis and was arrested and under restraining order. Yet 3 months after, that incident in the gym happened, thus he was sentenced in 2013.
BBC reported that the police said that Dunn is considered dangerous at that time. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said in a statement: "We never know the state of mind of an individual. He does have a fixation on the original victim."
Now that Stuart Dune has been taken back in custody, for sure there will be more news about what's going to happen to him after violating his probation.
