Selena Gomez takes BFF title into new levels as she joins Taylor Swift on billionaire list.
Earlier this year, VCPost learned that Swift climbed her net worth to over $1.2 billion, joining the ranks of Bezos and Musk, thanks to her record-breaking Eras Tour. Now, her best-friend Gomez is officially on the list too.
Bloomberg reported that Selena Gomez has an accumulative total net worth of $1.3 billion. Similar to Rihanna, majority of Gomez's billion-dollar wealth is due to her massively-successful cosmetic line, Rare Beauty.
Launched only five years ago, Rare Beauty became an become an ultra-social-media sensation for its accessible packaging and highly-pigmented liquid blush and lip tint.
The company did a reported $400 million in net sales over the past year, with her stake in Rare Beauty alone valued at more than $1 billion, as reported by World Branding Forum.

However, Rare Beauty is not Gomez's only source of income. Bloomberg shared that she also made hundreds of millions from several brand endorsement deals over the years. Some of the massive brands she has worked for includes but not limited to Coach, Louis Vuitton, and Puma.
At the same time, although not verified, she also get at least $6 million per season as a cast of Hulu series 'Only Murders in the Building.'
Lastly, a small part of her fortune can be derived from her on-screen and musical successes. Her acting career alone includes several Emmy nominations, combined with a few Grammy nods.
With this achievement at only 32 years old, she also appears in the list of the top youngest self-made women billionaires around the world.
