Los Angeles, California based invtestment firm Levine Leichtman Capital Partners announced today that it has exited its engagement with Sequel Youth and Family Services. This exit was due the the Levine Leichtman's recapitalization.
Sequel Youth and Family Services is a company which provides diversified behavioral medical services for United States citizens with mental, behavioral, or physical challenges. The company operates in 29 programs with 4,000 children and families as clients in 35 states. Sequel offers residential treatment for the long term, and impact programs for crash treatments. They also offer shelter care, foster care, therapeutic group homes, community services, in home services, and alternative learning courses.
Lauren Leichtman, chief executive officer of LLCP, said, "The Sequel investment has been very successful for our partners, the management team and all of the Company's stakeholders.
