Batman: Arkham Knight has certainly done wonderfully even before its release date. The hit continuity to the Batman games has been confirmed to have a full array of downloadable content lined up for the public to enjoy, and now that October is about to end, fans are to get more than their money's worth.
According to Geek Snack, it has been a tradition of Batman games to have Easter Eggs hidden within their game. As fun as clues can be for the franchise, the excitement of having a new downloadable content update is incomparably strong for the fans, and as Rocksteady Studios has promised, continuous updates are coming, each one looking better than the last.
It was reported by Yibada that Batman: Arkham Knight has already laid out their plans for the remaining months that they are to receive downloadable contents. For the month of October's end, the third Crime Fighter Challenge pack will be issued, together with another pack under a 1970's theme, containing race tracks and more importantly, skins for the Batmobile, Catwoman and Robin.
The November downloadable content update is one that Batman fans should look forward to, as it will pay tribute to the upcoming 2016 film, Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice. A new Batmobile skin and Batman will be added, as well as a Wayne Tech pack that carries two extra race tracks. In the same pack, the two final Arkham episodes entitled Flip of the Coin that stars Robin and Catwoman's Revenge will be featured, along with new AR challenge maps and a short story campaign.
As reported by Bidness Etc., the November downloadable contents certainly outshine the previous especially with a new skin for Tim Drake's Robin, and two Batmobile skins. The December patch is not at all left behind, given that the Season of Infamy villain expansion will be included. Four more Most Wanted side missions are to be incorporated in the main game, each with a supervillain to go up against, such as Killer Croc, Mad Hatter, Mister Freeze and Ra's Al Ghul.
That's not all for the December expansion, as a fifth Crime Fighter Challenge pack with six new AR challenges is bound to come forth. There are no specific news on the release date for the upcoming downloadable contents, but Rocksteady ensures the fans that there will be confirmed announcements as to when they are to come out.
