The beginning of the end is out now for Hemlock Grove fans as Netflix has already released all episodes of their third season. Hypable gave the fans a first look on The Final Chapter. The third season starts off by giving what they love and hate so much about the show -- the weird, taboo, awkward, gross, but somehow entrancing moments that make the fans cover their eyes and peer out between their fingers.
Peter got hit by a truck purposefully to team up with his fellow gypsy werewolves. If it wasn't for the doll in the front seat that he used to distract himself from his wife's inadequacies, the fans would've felt bad.
With Michael Chasseur chained and being fed in a tube attached to his thigh, Olivia seems to be back on her old ways.
Sources from Latin Post said according to an interview on Variety, Eli Roth, executive producer and originator of the "torture porn" sub-genre of horror, said some moments of the season are cringe-worthy even for him. Eli himself was shocked as the show goes in weird directions. "What's fun about the show is how off-the-wall nuts and bizarre it is. It's really fun and twisted and terrific."
From Christian Post, Hemlock Grove Season 3 looks like it will mostly come from the season's alarming number of fatalities. During the same interview, executive producer Eli Roth teased that the last run of the show allowed them to kill off many characters.
The new season sees monsters rising up and not being able to fight the urge to feed on unlucky victims. In the midst of it all, they fight to remain in firm hold with their humanity but this takes its toll in the new season.
This is the kind of fright fest for the Halloween season as fans can do a marathon of all the 13 episodes on Netflix.
