Kristen Taekmen officially leaves "Real Housewives of New York" Season 8. On the other hand, LuAnn de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, and Ramona Singer haven't signed in for season 8 yet since they are negotiating for a higher paycheck. However, Bethenny Frankel already reserved new housewives to replace those who will leave the show.
Kristen Taekmen confirmed to E! News that she won't be a part of the 8th season of the show anymore. Taekmen told E! News "My experience during my time on "RHONY" was fantastic and I made some great new friends. At this time in my life, I have decided to concentrate on my family and my new business ventures Pop of Color nail polish and Last Night's Look, my fashion blog. I will remain a Housewife and part of an amazing franchise forever and that is what is important."
Elsewhere, LuAnn de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, and Ramona Singer are currently negotiating contracts since they want to get an offer that is much closer to what Bethenny Frankel is receiving. Page Six mentions that the Housewives are still holding out for bigger paychecks before they officially sign in for "Real Housewives of New York" Season 8.
Meanwhile, Frankel has a back-up plan for those Housewives whose contracts are on a holdout. According to Reality Tea, Frankel already has some names in mind to replace the Housewives who will be leaving the show.
A Housewife officially leaves the show to focus on her family and businesses. While three Housewives put their contracts on hold for Real Housewives of New York Season 8 to negotiate for a bigger paycheck. Unfortunately, one Housewife already has a replacement for the housewives who are going to exit in season 8.
