Overwatch is simply Blizzard Entertainment's first positive attempt at a successful FPS game, which drifts away from the conventional worldly massive multiplayer online role-playing games that have been made popular in the past. With the beta recently launched, gamers are to be given an idea of what to expect for the title, moreover, what to prepare for in terms of system requirements.
According to Eurogamer, the Overwatch beta has currently been launched in the United States and European territories. Though the rest of the world is yet to receive their own copies of the title, others who managed to assess the title entirely have taken opportunity in reviewing and telling the world how the game has been. In pros and cons, Blizzard's first-person shooter has been judged and the honest feedbacks are satisfactory at the most part.
Fans claim that Overwatch is in general, enjoyable, exciting and thrilling, Forbes noted recently. On a positive note, majority of the characters are high-end and almost all of them are usable competitively. The features of each offer something spectacular to the game, whether defensively or offensively-such as Reinhardt being a full-on tank, in oppose to Tracer that relies mainly on agility, and Hanzo that brings about the virtuous legends of the samurai.
Some of the downsides, however, would be the slow-paced feel of the title, which resulted to the somewhat boring spectator benefit. Moreover, the character lore or familiarity of background seems to be insufficient for the time being.
Kitguru delivered that for an awesome game such as Overwatch, a high standard of equipment quality is required to make the game reach optimum efficiency. Such prerequisites involve, at the minimum, an Intel Core i3 or AMD Phenom X3 865 CPU, with 4GB of RAM, as well as a GTX 460 or Radeon 4850 graphics card.
The abovementioned suggested specs would work well for the 30 frames per second mark, but for the 60 frames per second hit, a different list is to be noted-an Intel Core i5 or AMD Phenom II X3 processor, 6GB worth of system RAM, together with either an Nvidia GTX 660 or AMD Radeon 7950 GPU.
5GB is the minimum requirement for the title itself. Once these said requirements are attained, the full efficiency of Overwatch will show, and gamers can finally get their share of Blizzard's latest first-person shooter title.
