As per all Hollywood couples, Beyonce and Jay Z also have a fair share of rumors supposing the end of their marriage. One of the most controversial break-up speculations however involves a third party, and it's none other than the Barbadian bad gal Rihanna.
Now the root of this rumor has revealed himself and the real intention behind making this marital controversy. A celebrity biographer named J. Randy Tarabolli reveals that the person behind the cheating rumor between Jay Z and Riri is publicist Jonathan Hay.
Hay was hired by Rihanna's producer Vada Nobles and he was purportedly the one who ignited the rumor that Jay Z was cheating on Rihanna. This created so much controversy after Taraborelli's "Becoming Beyoncé: The Untold Story" shared this allegation. But now the publicist has admitted his perverse involvement in this issue.
"The pr stunt that I did was out of desperation to help break 'Pon de Replay'," Hay stated as cited by NY Daily News. "It was reckless and I didn't think it was going to work. I was just throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what would stick."
Apparently what Hay did caused a major uproar. Not only did he start an endless streak of break-up rumors but Beyonce reportedly split up with Jay Z when this news broke out. And though they are now happily married together, the "Single Ladies" singer has reportedly been staying vigilant when Rihanna's name is brought up in her relationship with Jay.
"I didn't think it would be this big story," the publicist admitted. "But now, seeing Beyoncé on the cover of this book and knowing that people are profiting from speculations and opinions about her really turns my stomach."
Beyonce and Jay Z have renewed their vows not long ago amidst all these issues. While Hay has taken responsibility for his PR stunt and issued an apology towards the couple especially to Beyonce, the divorce issue still persist.
But while all married couples face difficulties, especially Hollywood celebrities, it looks like Bey and Jay are still making things work between them and the couple has recently moved to their new mansion at Beverly Hills, California.
