After news broke out and truth was revealed about Josh Duggar, his wife Anna is left to tend to the family. The question is will she divorce Josh Duggar after his sex scandal or is she willing to forgive him for family's sake?
Anna Duggar reportedly stayed with her family after the infamous Ashley Madison event involving her husband who was exposed. Anna is said to be going back and forth between the Duggars and her family, bringing her four kids with her.
The 19 Kids and Counting reality star is said to be staying inside a closet in Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's mansion while Josh has checked into rehab for porn and sex addiction. The latest reports state that apparently, Josh's parents fear that Anna would file for divorce after knowing her husband's appalling secrets. To resolve this, it looks like Jim Bob's solution is to bribe her daughter-in-law with a new house to stay.
Reportedly, Jim has bought a 3,800 square foot home located near the Duggar family compound in Springdale, Arkansas. The house is worth $345,000 and it is what Josh's parents can offer to Anna in an effort to pacify their daughter-in-law and keep the family intact.
However it looks like the 'bribe' didn't work and Anna is purportedly leaning towards splitting up with Josh.
"A big fancy house is not that impressive, and (Anna) says she simply can't be bought. Anna has a new sense of self and isn't going to put on the happy family show just to please her in-laws. She feels like they are more concerned with image than with the reality of the situation," a source disclosed to Hollywood Life.
The Duggars are known for their traditional and patriarchal religious views, but the perversity of what Josh did may have been too much for Anna to put up with. Yet in spite of everything, it looks like Anna is waiting for Josh to complete his rehab by February before finalizing her decisions on what's best for herself and her children.
