Both Star Wars fans and Disney Park goers will absolutely love the idea of the opening of the all time favorite American epic space opera film, Star Wars in all Walt Disney World Resort Attractions. The most exciting is it will have its opening during the Holidays.
According to the USA Today, the dubbed happiest place on Earth, Disneyland announces to open theme land Star Wars in December for the celebration of the upcoming film Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The Star Wars-themed land will be available in all Disney attractions, the Disneyland park in California and Disney's Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World in Florida.
One of the most anticipated epic space themes will also feature the most promising attraction, piloting the Millennium Falcon, the legendary space ship on the classic film. Though, the production teams for the anticipated ride have not yet announce any dates for it.
According to Orlando Sentinel, the creative design lead for the space, Danny Handke said, "We said what kind of Star Wars experience do we want in a kids space. Can you imagine piloting it, having the little common room with the holo-chess table. And so we started there and we met with our partners at LucasFilm who threw us some great ideas and so it just started kind of building on itself."
Despite of it, Disneyland and Disney World are preparing to spoil the Epic film fans in the upcoming hyperspace hoopla. Disneyland will also hold a new event, Season of the Force on the 16th of November to celebrate the intergalactic film phenomenon. Among the features will be Star Wars Launch Bay. To be located in Tomorrowland, there will be Star Wars exhibit and it includes with the props from the film, an interactive experience with the characters.
The Space Mountain Indoor Roller Coasteror will reconfigure as the Hyperspace Mountain. Passengers will also have the chance to join the X-wing starfighter battles and rides featuring movie-themed footage. The Disney World has not yet made announcement of specific starting date, however, with upcoming film release on December 18, it's likely that Disney's Hollywood Studios introduce their Star Wars the celebration before or after the movie comes out and grabbing the opportunity on the flood of visitors during Christmas Holidays.
