Chris Brown is once again under fire for reportedly being addicted to sizzurp. A recent report claims that the 'Breezy' star has become addicted to the syrup, and is even taking it in front of his 1-year-old daughter. Knowing that the rumors were going to spiral out of control, Brown took to Twitter to shut the false story down, calling it a bogus story that's completely 'b*lls**t.'

According to a report from International Business Times, TMZ recently released a story stating Chris Brown is addicted to sizzurp, a concoction made out of prescription-strength cough syrup and sugary sodas. Sources claimed that the 'Loyal' singer is struggling with his addiction, and has even reached the point of taking it in front of his 1-year-old daughter, whom he recently won joint custody over.

Page Six reported how close friends and family of the singer are worried for Chris's health, and believe his addiction has become uncontrollable. They're also reportedly worried that his situation could affect his custody rights over his daughter Royalty. However, before the story was even published, the 26-year-old singer gained knowledge of the upcoming false story and quickly took to Twitter to defend himself.

In a report by the Daily Mail UK, Rihanna's ex-boyfriend took to Twitter to slam the story TMZ was going to release, before it was even published. Apparently, the famous celebrity received knowledge of the bogus story through one of his publicists who was contacted by TMZ regarding the said subject.

Brown wrote a series of tweets the night before the story went viral. Stating that the story was bogus, Chris explained how he knew a story was going to be published, "They called my publicist about some bulls**t ass story. It's just sad. Now I'm letting y'all know it's bulls**t!" He then added, "I got a great album coming, having a great time being a father, and also staying out the way! Ima grown man and I live my life on my terms," before warning his friends of the fake story, "Tmz is about to run a bogus story tomorrow becuz they aren't getting any traffic."

Despite having previous drug claims thrown against him in the past, Chris Brown has proven to his fans that ever since he became a father, he's been getting his priorities straight. TMZ failed to produce any evidence that would confirm the allegations, proving once again that they were simply trying to ruin the celebrity's name. Luckily for Chris, he was able to gain knowledge of the claims before they were published, giving him ample time to set the record straight.
