Adveo Group International SA (ADV) announced that they are studying acquisitions to enter the fast growing markets of Eastern Europe and Latin America.
ADV, is currently exploring suitable targets for purchase. This is move is set to take place after the completion of the reorganization of their outlined business plan that is set until 2015.
Adveo is saying that they would "bet on mobility" by expanding their market line to electronic products like tablets.
ADV signed a 4-year, Eur9 million deal with the International Business Machines Corp, which is the largest computer services provider to add automation and integrate systems for the Unipapel, Adimpo and Spicers brands which will help speed the response times for customers.
Adveo Chief Executive Officer Millan Alvarez-Miranda said, "We've just started tracking business opportunities out there that may help us boost our top line or enter new markets. We are now creating a very solid base in order to carry out our next transaction."
