Street Fighter 5 Beta 3 Goes Live on PS4 In America, Europe, Includes Minor Tweaks; Capcom Tones Down R. Mika

Gamers who have pre-ordered "Street Fighter V" have surely been able to get a feel of the new fighting game. Now, they'll even be glad to know that the game's beta 3 has gone live on PlayStation 4 in both Europe and America. Meanwhile, reports have emerged that Capcom has tone down R. Mika quite a bit.

According to GeekSnack, gamers in America and Europe will experience the latest beta, as "Street Fighter V" beta 3 has been made available on PlayStation 4. It is said to include some minor gameplay tweaks for characters such as Chun Li, whose V-Skill has been given an improved startup though shorter hitbox. As for some little advice for players having issues playing the new beta, they simply have to delete the previous client and download the new one.

If PlayStation 4 players are enjoying the new "Street Fighter V" beta, PC gamers will have to wait a bit longer, as the beta is believed to be not available on this format. Nevertheless, there are reports about Capcom's plans on releasing the beta version on the said platform in the near future.

Meanwhile, GameZone reported that the Japanese video game company Capcom has made some minor tweaks to "Street Fighter V." The latest look at the game finds R. Mike to have toned down a little bit. The changes were reportedly noticed during a demonstrative match between R. Mika and Nash. The publication explained that this could be Capcom's way of obtaining back all the dataminers for their likes. Others, on other hand, believed that this is simply an addition to the bunch of games recently being censored.

Gameranx noted that the changes are likely to address common criticisms aimed at fighting games, particularly on Capcom for their "Street Fighter" franchise. "Street Fighter V" is believed to be a genuine attempt to reach wider audience, especially with newer characters representing various countries in different ways.

Despite "Street Fighter V" being released on February 16, 2016 for PlayStation 4, gamers can always experience the intense fighting as the game's beta 3 has gone live. From there, they can relive the nostalgia with characters such as Ryu, Ken and Chun Li.
