Gears of War 4 was noted to have shown great promise for the past months of being out in the open. Even as the current Gears of War: Ultimate Edition offers a great heap of features to the fans, the anticipation towards the fourth title is one that lingers quite drastically, and gamers are keeping their fingers crossed that the said expansion will be cautious of what's in store.
According to Hardcore Gamer, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition is the main point for the ninth year anniversary of Gears of War. Fans themselves have anticipated the possibility of more news for the awaited expansion of the series, namely Gears of War 4. This, however, is all just hope for the time being.
It was delivered that Movie Pilot that for the fourth Gears of War title, The Coalition must be careful in not adding too much or removing features that may affect the title gravely. Some of the attributes that fans believe should be left strong would be the Split-Screen option which has become an apparent fan favorite all throughout.
Opposing that, gamers see the need to change the AI's programming-in certain scenarios, they could offer good assistance if the way that they interact would be more practical. Lastly, the multiplayer options are also viable for change according to the fans, as to keep the balance during matches.
In other news, Game Spot noted that the Gears of War backwards compatibility is ready to give the fans what is long wanted, starting on November 12th. With it, the gamers can enjoy throwbacks of their favorite games, and the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, if bought before December 31st, will provide players codes for Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgment.
The fans of the series may still be settling with Gears of War: Ultimate Edition for the time being, but after a little more boost on patience, Gears of War 4 will become the next big thing as it hits stores by end of 2016.
