Lady Gaga Back in the Studio with RedOne for Fifth Album

By

Two years ago, the Mother Monster released ARTPOP, her third solo album which received mixed reviews. Now that she is working on her fifth studio album, she is bringing in some of her old and new friends who could prove that this album will be the greatest album of the decade.

Lady Gaga has confirmed that she was back in the studio with RedOne, the music producer responsible for some of her biggest hits such as "Poker Face" and "Bad Romance".

"We took a little break from each other and now it feels like we are in a good place, both of us. She did her thing, I did my thing, and it feels like we're back on track together," RedOne said to The National as reported byPopcrush. "With Gaga, I'm fully committed until we're done -- we're just going to work on writing songs -- 20, 30, 40 songs -- until we get hopefully the best album of the decade.

Born This Way was the last album that Gaga and RedOne worked together. The producer was not there during the production of ARTPOP, which was Gaga's critically and commercially worst album.

According to Digital Spy, the other people that Gaga has been working with to make the album are legendary songwriter Diane Warren, iconic producer Giorgio Moroder, Beatles' Paul McCartney, disco legend Nile Rodgers, and old friend Tony Bennett.

Gaga's good friend Elton John said that Gaga is still in the throes of writing her new album and that the album sounds absolutely fabulous.

Currently Gaga is doing well starring as The Countess on American Horror Story: Hotel. So well, in fact, that according to E! Online, AHS co-creator Ryan Murphy announced on Twitter that he has officially asked Gaga to take part on the sixth season of AHS. However, Gaga has yet to release a statement whether she will agree to take part in the next season of the hit show.

Gaga's fifth studio album, LG5, is set to be released in 2016.
