It's the reason we put so much care into the design of our products." He even said that the core values intend to reach out communities around them.

The incident occurred when young students were asked to leave by an Apple employee with a fear of stealing some things in the store, Vibe reported. The employee did not give much of explanation when he asked the students to leave. As such, issues came out regarding race inequality. Nevertheless, Kate, one of the senior managers at the Highpoint store, expressed her heartfelt apology on behalf of what happened in the store.

On the other hand, States Man Tribute noted that there are eight percent of Apple staff who are African-American and 11 percent are Hispanic. More so, Denise Younger Smith, who's an African-American, has been with the company since 1997 and is now a vice president of worldwide human resource. It shows that Apple accepts anyone who wants to be part of the company.
