Neutra Corp., through its subsidiary Cannabis Technologies, Inc., entered a joint venture with Vertigo Technologies, LLC, a developer of cannabis post-production processes. This joint venture was in line with Neutra Corp.'s growth strategy.
With this partnership, Neutra Corp. would be moving toward its goal of taking a piece or portion of the booming medical marijuana market. This market was forecasted to reach US$6 billion within the next five years.
Whereas Vertigo Technologies focused on the production cycle, Neutra Corp. would "bring advanced technology to this burgeoning industry and achieve efficiency and quality for the products and services we deliver," according to Sydney Jim, Neutra Corp.'s CEO.
The two companies would be working together for the advancement and marketing of innovative horticulture systems. Neutra Corp., provider all-natural wellness solutions, planned to follow the success of other companies such as Terra Tech Corp., Medical Marijuana Inc., and Cannabis Science, Inc. The company planned to introduce innovative nutraceutical products and efficient delivery systems through its subsidiary, Cannabis Technologies.
