JMI Equity, a growth equity company targeting software, internet, and technology businesses, announced six promotions in its company this Thursday.
Matt Emery and David Greenberg were promoted as the company's newest principals. Charles Dieveney was named is JMI Equity's new chief operating officer, while Krishna Potarazu was named as its vice president.
Randy Guttman was promoted into the chief financial officer position, while Melissa Caslin was appointed as the company's vice president for its talent department.
The six promotions were effective since the start of this month.
JMI Equity made over 100 investments in the past years, zeroing in on internet service firms and healthcare technology companies. The firm managed over US$2 billion worth of committed capital.
"These promotions recognize the meaningful contributions these professionals have made to JMI," commented Managing General Partner of JMI Equity Harry Gruner.
"With our current team, we are very well positioned to execute against our growth-focused value creation strategy for many years to come," he said.
