Players of Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain is getting disappointed that there is no more single player story content is being released.However, Konami is still trying to keep them engaged with various FOB events by allowing them to gather resources, MB coins, and many more.
Some players find the game's story incoherent and incomplete and instead of getting them, Konami decided to have a post launch content that is mostly focused on Metal Gear Online (MGO) and multiplayer components for the single player mode such as FOB invasions, reports Gaming Bolt.
There are two new FOB events for Metal Gear Solid 5 that were launched yesterday allowing players to get large amount of GMP. The first is called 'The New World Order' giving players tasks to infiltrate a special FOB that is made up of seven platform types. The players will get S+ staff if they infiltrate the first and last platforms, and A++ staff will be rewarded for the corresponding units when the player infiltrates the core of the remaining platforms.
The second new FOB event is called the FOB Infiltration Challenge Event which will give players with extremely large amounts of GMP. The amount of GMP will depend on the total number of Espionage Points the players will get between its release yesterday and December 1 next month. The players will get rewards of 1,000,000, 1,500,000, 2,000,000 and 3,000,000 GMP if they can get 100, 500, 1000 and 1000 Espionage points, repectively.
Recently, Geek Snack noted that Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain got a large update that introduced different features such as a new PF Rating screen, Grade 8 gear, new Security Devices, a new and different function for the Medical Team, and many more.
