"Scream Queens'" Thanksgiving episode recently aired showing Gigi being killed and in the upcoming episode, Dean Munsch will be the target again. Keke Palmer was also recently interviewed and she teased who could possibly be the Red Devil Killer.
According to Fashion & Style, there are two Red Devil killers in "Scream Queens" as the first killer was revealed to be Boone, played by Nick Jonas. They also had their accomplice, Nasim Pedrad's Gigi, who was recently killed off. Keke Palmer, the actress who plays Zayday Williams, revealed in a recent interview who she thinks is the other Red Devil killer.
It has been shown in previous episodes that there was one girl and one boy who were born from a Kappa Kappa Tau member who died in the bathtub 20 years ago. Palmer shared, "Ryan [Murphy] said in the beginning that the killer was obvious. So he made us believe that it wasn't obvious, but it honestly was really obvious. I'm so excited to see what people think."
Palmer added that the killer was actually met in the first episode as a big clue was dropped in the premiere. She added, "So you'd have to go back and really watch it. But we [won't] tell you who it is so you have to figure it out." The characters who are still alive from the pilot episode are Chanel, Grace, Hester, Chad, Pete, Chanel #5, Chanel #3, Wes, Zayday, and Dean Munsch.
As for episode 11, International Business Times shared that the sorority sisters will be in danger as the mysterious Red Devil Killer will carry out another revenge plan. She will be targeting Chanel Oberlin as well as Chanels #3, #5, and #6. She will also be targeting Dean Munsch for the second time around.
Just a recap for episode 10, Chanel and Hester were able to meet the Radwells and they were not very welcoming as Chad's father even tried to pay Chanel. Dean Munsch, Wes, Grace, Zayday, Chanel #3, Chanel #5, and Pete were all at the Kappa Kappa Tau as they did not have any place to go for the Thanksgiving. It was also revealed that Wes is the father of the Red Devil Killers, The Post shared.
"Scream Queens" will see Dean Munsch, Chanel, and Chanel's minions possibly killed in episode 11. The show airs Tuesdays at 9 PM on FOX.
