Rumor has it that Kourtney Kardashian is getting back with ex-boyfriend, Scott Disick, as numerous events caught the two together. Plus, it doesn't look like they're having a secret relationship as Disick seemed to be welcomed back by the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" clan.
However, in a report by US Weekly, though the exes are together they're actually not rekindling their romantic affair, but rather connecting in a familial level. Kardashian and Disick, parents to Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 11 months, are said to be staying civil and friendly with one another solely for their kids.
"She has 100 percent let him back in her life and family life. She's committed to reintegrating him into the kids' lives." An insider allegedly disclosed to US.
While the two former lovers try to keep their family bond, they aren't living in the same house and only see each other on family outings and holiday events. It looks like Kourtney is giving Scott the chance to take on the role as her babies' dad and work things out while he tries to get back on his feet.
The two cut off their relationship when Disick fell into alcohol and substance abuse back in October. Reportedly, he is checking into a rehab facility at the Cliffside Malibu to hopefully get over his addiction. And it looks like the Kardashian appreciates this effort and he's now united back into the family, as E! reports.
"When Kourtney talks about them, she says 'We.' It's no longer just her and the kids. It's all of them." A source discloses to E! News. "Scott has been integrating back into the family and things are going really well. They're a family unit again."
To prove this good news, Kylie Jenner recently posted a group photo in her Instragram where Kourtney, Scott, their three children, and the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, posed for a photo commemorating their reunion during Thanksgiving Day.
