Gigi Hadid moves on from Joe Jonas to Zayn Malik

Looks like Gigi Hadid does not want to waste any time being available for too long in the dating scene. After her split with Joe Jonas last month, she is now rumored to be dating ex-One Direction member Zayn Malik.

According to Ace Showbiz, Hadid and Malik were seen hanging out together during the after-party at the American Music Awards last November 22 in West Hollywood. They were then spotted at yet another date night, which appears that things are getting serious between them.

Well, it looks like it as Pakistan Today reported that Hadid defended Malik through Twitter after several photos of her and the singer were released showing them holding hands. "Sometimes life happens. For whatever reason in whatever timing. And sometimes it doesn't make sense till it does. That's it," she said in her now deleted tweet. However, the two are yet to confirm if they are already official.

Meanwhile, for the Victoria's Secret Angel's friends, they seem not completely happy about the model's fast-brewing romance with the British Pakistani hottie. They think Hadid likes Malik very well though.

"Her friends do not quite understand what the attraction is. He is not her usual type, he doesn't share her sense of humor or ease with people (and) he's a little more self-aware and awkward," an E! Online source said.

They also added that Malik is unlike Jonas as he has this bad boy vibe. However, they do share several similarities too, probably being both singers and all. But the bottom line of it all, they just want Hadid to be careful.

"Gigi is a relationship girl and likes the company of a guy," her friends stated.

As for Hadid's ex-boyfriend Jonas, it seemed like the DNCE frontman is somewhat bitter of how quick her old flame has found someone new. He even unfollowed the two of them in his Instagram account. But despite this, the Jonas Brothers alum is said to be all right.
