Halo Wars 2 is yet to surface for the time being, and without a fixed release date yet, most of what is told about the franchise directs to the existing title, Halo Wars. Having said that, Creative Assembly and 343 Industries may still have a few means of stalling up their sleeves.
As reported by Express, Halo Wars 2 belongs to the list of games that are still to move further on in the future, since not much news have been disclosed. For the time being, the title is bound to get its share of information, after those meant for the original Halo Wars, perhaps, have emerged from the depths.
Delivered by International Business Times, there are games in the past that fans would actually want to see again for the new generation consoles, and Halo Wars which was released a number of years back is basically one of them. Xbox One recently announced a number of games that will be have a backwards compatibility for those games that first appeared for the Xbox 360 such as Borderlands, Assassin's Creed III, BloodRayne: Betrayal, Fallout III and a relative title, Halo: Spartan Assault.
According to Independent, since Halo Wars 2 is expected to be released for the Xbox One within fall of next year, it would somewhat be a proper move to have the previous title made available for the said hardware. Halo Wars 2, as some believe, will prove to be a powerful follow-up to the strategy-based game launched roughly six years ago, and as of the moment, both Creative Assembly and 343 Industries have not yet revealed full details for the title-including the story and possible changes from there.
Fans of the Halo franchise have seemingly directed their attention to the strongly appraised Halo 5: Guardians, but the backwards compatibility of Halo Wars and the soon-to-arise Halo Wars 2 may be some game-changers that can garner as much attention. Stay locked for more information on this strategic title that keeps fans under the wings of the Halo franchise.
