A manager of the K-Pop seven-membered boy group BTS, also known as Bangtan Boys, appears in a clip making threatening gesture to group member Jungkook in a recently released video making of their season's greeting which is officially produced by the company itself.

In the video, the members could be seen carrying their heavy luggage and the company staff not assisting them. This seems to infuriate the fans less compared to the scene where the video shows Jungkook, who is the youngest in the group, in front of a man who is revealed to be their manager looking like he was reprimanding him and suddenly raised his hand as if to hit him in the face. The boy flinched in response while looking his eyes down the ground.

BTS official fandom "ARMYs" immediately demanded explanation from the group's company Big Hit Entertainment. The fans were enraged that even though the boys are working hard, the staffs do not appear to be treating them right as evidenced by the video. Big Hit Entertainment then revealed a public apology saying they removed the manager under controversy from handling BTS.

However, some of the fans are not still at ease with how the agency responded commenting, "I can't believe a company still thinks this is appropriate. It's like we're stuck in the nineties. So what if he was removed from his position? BTS is still going to be working with him in another position."

BTS has been continuously active since its debut in 2013 with "No More Dream" and although they were coming from a small company, the boys are making a name for themselves in the music industry proven by the praises they receive for their complex and synchronized choreography.

Starting just recently, BTS seems to be receiving many more nods of approval judging by the amount of album sales they make even coming close to EXO which is a monster in physical sales in the domain of K-Pop. BTS also progresses to be taking the same path as how Bigbang built its agency YG Entertainment into its influential place at the present.

Big Hit Entertainment slowly rises to the levels of the known entertainment agencies in K-Pop with BTS being its breadwinners. For this reason, the fans are asking for better management in small exchange for what Bangtan Boys are giving them.
