Greenfield Farms acquires Dayton Ohio's Carmela's Pizzeria

Greenfield Farms Food, Inc. announced the final amendment of the definitive agreement for the acquisition of Carmela's Pizzeria. Upon completion of the agreement, Greenfield will acquire 100% ownership of Carmela's. The acquisition will create a new wholly-owned operating subsidiary for Greenfield. Part of the agreement entails that Carmela's will own shares of Greenfield stock and warrants.

Greenfield President Henry Fong, said, "We are very excited about the acquisition of Carmela's Pizzeria and its potential both regionally and nationally for future growth. They have built a successful concept that we believe is ready to move to the next level."

Carmela's Chairman Ron Heineman said, "We look forward to Carmela's Pizzeria becoming part of a publicly-traded company and all of the tools that provides. Access to financing available through the public markets will allow us to immediately move forward with building our company and implementing our business plan."

Carmela's Pizzeria is one of the most well known pizza brands in the Dayton Ohio area. Carmela's has been dubbed as one of "The Best Pizzerias" in Dayton.

Greenfield Farms Food Inc is the capitalized producer and marketer of "grassfed" beef.
