The Originals EP Julie Plec revealed that the writers decided to kill Cami to show how crazy Aurora can be in the ongoing suspense thriling Season 3. She has also revealed that Cami will still be appearing soon and Aurora will be the newest villain of the show while Leah Pipes talked about what is going to happen in the winter finale. Executive producer Julie Plec shared that the series scribes decided to incorporate Camille O'Connell's (Leah Pipes) death in the storyline of The Originals Seaosn 3 to feature how crazy Aurora de Martel (Rebecca Breeds) can be. With that being said, she will become one of the big villains that the show has to deal with. Plec also confirmed that fans will still be able to see Cami very soon, IB Times has reported.
On the other hand, Leah Pipes discussed about what fans should expect in "The Originals" Season 3 winter finale with Entertainment Weekly The 27-year-old American actress stated, "It's pretty crazy. It's a little nutty. The 2nd anything is going smoothly in this show, you're about to get a real rude awakening because happily ever after is not in the realm of thought for our writers. They're not okay with that."
For the previous episode recap, Christian Today mentioned that Niklaus Mikaelson (Joseph Morgan) and Cami finally shared the kiss of the season only to find out that the latter was killed by her former lover the morning after. Cami was killed by Klaus' former girlfriend Aurora.
As of now, "The Originals" Season 3 is currently on a brief winter hiatus. The winter finale or episode 10 of the show is set to premiere on January 29, 2016 at 9:00 p.m. exclusively on the CW network. "The Originals" is an American TV series created by Julie Plec.
