Halo 5: Guardians is still considerably new, yet fans of the series have already craved for more. Following the update launched last month, Halo 5: Guardians and 343 Industries are ready to give the public the second wave of updates that will cure the said hunger.
As reported by Game Spot, Halo 5: Guardians can be remembered to have received an update last November, namely the Battle of Shadow and Light. At the very end of it, gamers were hinted on the few little details that spoiled what the next downloadable content might be-and 343 Industries did not disappoint. The said update is no longer a tease, but a certainty that is bound to arrive in a few days/
According to Christian Today, the upcoming downloadable content update will be entitled Cartographer's Gift, and will have a pack of undoubtedly irresistible treats. One of which will be a presumably new M41 SSR Rocket Launcher, or a weapon that resembles its capabilities. Moreover, there will be new skins and the remarkable Mark IV helmet that gamers also laid eyes on, not too far back.
Delivered by Latinos Post, the said downloadable content update also looks to bring the Forge Mode into the field, which cordially permits players to personalize their own renditions of multiplayer maps as they please. A new Arena and Warzone maps have also been confirmed of being added in the said downloadable content update.
In other news, Halo 5: Guardians declared their biggest competition thus far, that being the Halo 5: Guardians World Championship, with a gargantuan prize pool of over $2 Million. The online tournament started last December 6th and with it, the prize money will keep adding up as the days go by.
Multiple nationalities will take part in this prestigious tournament, namely Australia, Asia, Middle East, Africa, North America and Europe, wherein all the aforementioned countries will battle it out for perhaps the biggest prize money ever to be dished out.
