The upcoming season of 'Blindspot' revealed that a new role would be added to the show. The role would be given to Aaron Abrams. Not only that, but kudos to the show as it obtains the highest rating.
Entertainment Weekly previously relayed that Aaron Abrams' character will work against Zapata (Audrey Esparza) and that Abrams' role will also develop a possible association with one of the main stay characters.
The site also mentioned of possible budding relationships occurring next season but the fans and followers are still uncertain as to when Abram's role would appear. It wasn't just this upcoming season that characters are added and removed. It was mentioned earlier by VC Post that Zapata's fate is sealed and different hurdles are expected to occur for her as she struggles to keep things in line.

Also, according to TV By The Numbers, the show's finale episode was a great success in the Live+7 rankings, while the "Evil Handmade Instrument" garnered a total of 12.19 million viewers and a 3.5 rating among audiences aged 18 to 49.
