The Eratome group received Eur15 million from Omnes Capital, formerly known as Crédit Agricole Private Equity. The investment was part of a primary leveraged buyout. The LBO was entered into together with the company's managers, FSI Régions - bpifrance, and Jean-Michel Nucera, Eratome's founder, chairman, and CEO.
The LBO aimed to boost the Erotome group's structure. It also aimed to finance acquisitions as part of its expansion strategy. The group has already identified several opportunities for this in Paris.
Regarding the investment, Nucera stated, "We have found a dynamic and ambitious team that matches our needs. This collaboration with Omnes Capital and FSI Régions will enable us to maintain our market-leading position, while also reinforcing our expansion in the renovations market."
The Eratome group, established in 1991, specialized in social housing renovation and refurbishment and buildings repair and maintenance. It has expertise in plumbing, electricity and wiring, painting and decorating, floor covering, and carpentry.
