Pinstripe Inc. announced that it had now merged with Ochre House. Brookfield-based Pinstripe is a recruitment process outsourcing company while Ochre House is a London-based talent management and recruitment outsourcing company .
The deal made current Pinstripe chief executive, Sue Marks, chief executive officer of the newly combined international institution. The financial details of the transaction and merger plans, however, were not revealed.
"The combination of Pinstripe and Ochre House created the largest independent provider of global recruitment process outsourcing and strategic talent management solutions," a representative of the companies mentioned.
According to yesterday's press release, Pinstrip's operations will continue to be separate even after the merger with Ochre House.
The deal was financed through investments by Ochre House and Pinstripe management teams along with Accel-KKR. Accel-KKR, a California-based private equity group, bought Pinstripe in 2012.
"The companies will continue to operate independently in the regions they currently serve, with integration viewed as a future state," the announcement said.
