Software platform Invenias secured expansion funding from MMC Ventures amounting to US $1.5 million. MMC Ventures is joined by several private investors including Eden Ventures' founder Mark Farmer.
In a statement, Invenias said the funding will help speed up their customer acquisition objectives as well as product development.
"We are delighted we have obtained investment from MMC Ventures and Mark Farmer, who's investment pedigree provides the Company with not only capital, but also enormous experience and expertise, and represents a huge vote of confidence in the future of Invenias," said David Grundy, Invenias' Chairman, CEO and co-founder.
During the past three months, Invenias appointed additional heads for sales, marketing and development. It has also recently announced their availability for both iPad and iPhone.
