Park Madison Partners, a real estate advisory firm, oversubscribed from its target fund raise of US $300 million for the closing of TriGate Property Partners.
Suzanne West, Founding Partner of Park Madison Partners, said the fact that TriGate closed at US $324.2 million "is a clear reflection of the strength and character of the TriGate team" despite a "challenging fundraising environment."
"Working with them over the past year has been great, and we wish them much success going forward," she said.
TriGate Capital is a real estate private equity firm that purchases real estate secured debts and provides capital for asset growth. It manages two real estate funds, Fund 1 and Fund II, where its investment strategies are coursed through.
"We look forward to investing our capital alongside our partners in Fund II, which will continue TriGate's strategy of investing in commercial real estate recapitalization opportunities," said Jay Henry, managing member of TriGate Capital.
