October 22 Hailed As Women's Lifestyle Official Day

The OSF Women's Lifestyle Show gets a little love tonight at Peoria City council meeting. They had declared that on October 22, it will be known as the Women's Lifestyle Day and that is according to the proclamation of Mayor Jim Ardis.

This is thee 25th year of the event and will be held at Peoria Civic Center from 9AM to 3PM next Saturday and tickets will cost $8. And can be bought online. The WMBD and WYZZ is the sponsor of the said show.

There are eight pavilions that will happen on the said event. Health and Wellness , 50 Fabulous, Fashion and Beauty, Home and Living, Bridal and Event, Shopping, Pets and Culinary. These are "general traffic" areas that are a good fit for any business.

On the said event, they also invited some celebrities and speakers. Some of them are Aileen Colgan, a country recording artist from Peoria. Karel Murray, a motivational humorist. Jennifer L. Hicks, APN,ACNS-BC. Dr. Sarah Zallek, a Medical Director of INI Sleep Center. Dr. Sharon Desmoulin-Kherat, Superintendent for Peoria District 150 schools. Sister M. Mikela Meidl, FSGM, Executive Vice President of OSF Healthcare. Laurie Weaver, LMT, NCBTMB. Barbara Toohill, PSY.D. Hrachya Nersesyan, MD, PhD. Ashley L. Simper, MS, RD, LDN, Joy Erlichman Miller, PhD, LCPC, MAC, CADC, Amy Dotson, Peoria Police Officer, Jim Scherer, President of Scherer Mazda of Peoria, Vickie Streitmatter, Empowered Financial Living and Rayan Elkattah, MD.

The said event is the Largest Women's Show in Illinois and still the #1 all women's event in Central Illinois. The show is a one event that everyone's looking forward to attending. Changes and surprising agendas have been made this year. With over 300 vendors, 1000,000 square feet of exhibit space to explore , you'll discover new interactive pavilions that will indulge, exhilarate, and excite everybody.
