Ulmer & Berne LLP has hired Patrick G. King, as a partner who will be based in the Chicago office. King, a former partner of Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP, will be working with the law firm's Financial Services and Securities Litigation practice group. His experience in financial services encompass his future responsibilities, giving clients advice on matters like litigation, arbitration, and employment disputes. He is also expected to counsel clients about federal and state regulations that govern securities and commodities. The job is certainly not new to him as he has represented a number of large financial institutions in the United States.
Chair of Ulmer & Berne's Litigation Deparment Michael N. Ungar welcomes the experienced attorney to the team. "With two decades of experience in securities and commodities litigation arbitration, Pat is a well-known and highly regarded attorney who adds even more depth and talent to our practice. His arrival is consistent with the rapid growth of our already robust securities and financial litigation practice, " he said.
