A portfolio company of GMH Ventures LLC moved to acquire competitive bid contracts in the Huntington-Ashland and Northern New Jersey Metro competitive bid auctions. Dynamic Healthcare Services, Inc., or DHS, announced that it was awarded the contracts under the second round of competitive bidding for The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Competitive bid program.The contracts will allow DHS to supply oxygen services to patients at Huntington-Ashland and Northern New Jersey Metro markets.
"We are extremely excited to begin servicing new clients in these markets. Our management team worked tirelessly to win these contracts and continue our strategic growth plan into new geographic areas," Dynamic Healthcare Services chief executive officer Terry Luft said.
"DHS provides a comprehensive range of home oxygen, sleep apnea and other medical equipment to a large portion of the Pennsylvania market. With these new Competitive Bid contracts, we will expand our focus into Northern New Jersey and the Huntington-Ashland markets and continue to explore new HME sales, subcontracting and acquisition opportunities," President of GMH Ventures Michael Holloway added.
