Cathay Pacific is enhancing its inflight dining experience by collaborating with JIA Group's Michelin-starred French restaurant Louise to introduce a fresh perspective on traditional French cuisine.
Cathay Pacific Partners With JIA Group to Offer French Classics
Building on the success of its partnership with JIA Group's Cantonese fine-dining establishment Duddell's, Cathay Pacific introduced an exclusive menu of 16 reimagined French classics in collaboration with Louise.
Vivian Lo, General Manager for Customer Experience and Design at Cathay Pacific, expressed enthusiasm with the partnership and highlighted the airline's dedication to culinary creativity and excellence.
The collaboration menu features a range of appetizers, main courses, and desserts designed to delight the passengers' taste buds. Among the options for first-class passengers are Obsiblue prawns with herb-infused consommé, steamed Chilean sea bass with chorizo sauce, chicken ballotine with sauce supreme, and raspberry and pistachio financier.

Cathay Pacific Business Offerings
For main courses, business-class passengers can choose braised Iberico pork belly with bacon jam or pan-seared beef tenderloin with Madeira jus and porcini purée.
Among the desserts offered is the Guanaja chocolate cremeux, a decadent layered dessert that features three distinct flavors and textures of chocolate.
