One of UK's Largest Vet Companies Hit By Cyberattack
According to The Guardian's latest report, after the cybersecurity disruption, the British vet service provider continued to suffer from slow-running systems on Monday, Apr. 8.
The UK privacy watchdog, the Information Commissioner's Office, was already contacted by CVS Group regarding the cyberattack because of the risk of malicious access to personal details, as reported by Sky News.
The UK vet company has already conducted various efforts to contain the impact of the cybersecurity breach. One such effort is temporarily taking its IT systems offline to isolate the issue.
Thanks to its countermeasures, CVS Group prevented further malicious external access to its systems.
