The NSW Police are currently investigating whether Cauchi specifically targeted women, which is a significant line of inquiry for them.
According to NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb, five women and one man tragically lost their lives during the incident, with the man believed to be a security guard bravely attempting to intervene and stop the knife-wielding attacker.
According to Webb, Cauchi had previous encounters with law enforcement in Queensland due to mental health-related issues, but he was not known to have a criminal record.
Dawn Singleton, 25, tragically lost her life during Cauchi's attack at the popular mall while she was shopping for her wedding. The incident occurred shortly after 3 p.m. local time, 9News reported.
According to her LinkedIn profile, Dawn Singleton graduated from the University of Technology Sydney, where she focused on Digital and Social Media during her studies.
John Singleton's daughter had previously held a position as an e-commerce assistant at White Fox Boutique before tragically losing her life. Dawn is the eldest daughter from John Singleton's union with Julie Martin.
Bondi Junction Stabbing
Emergency services rushed to Westfield Bondi Junction in Sydney's East on Saturday afternoon following a series of terrifying stabbings by an individual armed with a knife.
Twelve individuals, including a nine-month-old baby, received medical treatment in hospitals throughout the city. The nine-month-old is currently in a serious but stable condition at the hospital.

According to witnesses, Ms. Good was pushing her nine-month-old in a pram when Cauchi suddenly approached them and inflicted harm on the baby. He then proceeded to attack the first-time mom, who bravely handed her injured child to nearby bystanders.
