National Response Corporation (NRC) announced Tuesday that it has finalized its purchase of OP-TECH Environmental Services for an undisclosed amount.
New York-based NRC, a portfolio company of J.F. Lehman & Company headquartered in Great River, provides emergency response and U.S. Oil Pollution Act of 1990 regulatory compliance services. It is among the leading providers worldwide of a broadwide industrial, environmental and emergency response solutions.
NRC was purchased in March 2012 by private equity firm J.F. Lehman & Company through affiliate, and has concentrated on aerospace, maritime and defense sectors for its acquisitions.
Syracuse, New York-based OP-TECH is the leading industrial services provider and solutions specialist for environmental concerns in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic U.S.
