Kinderhook Industries' Environmental Quality Company announced Tuesday that it has completed its purchase of Allstate Power Vac for an unspecified amount. This is the 14th in a series of environmental services deals made by Kinderhook for the past five years.
New Jersey-based Allstate is Northeast United States' leading environmental and industrial services provider that offers a broad range of solutions including tank & oil processing, industrial cleaning and sewer lining and maintenance.
Environmental Quality Corporation, which established headquarters in Wayne, Michigan, boasts ISO-certified facilities for treatment, disposal and recycling and specialises in environmental services and waste management. The company also offers efficient remediation, industrial cleaning and total waste management services across the nation.
"The acquisition of Allstate will further expand EQ's market presence in the Northeast with the addition of seven strategically located facilities," remarked EQ Chief Executive Officer Dave Lusk regarding the purchase. "Allstate is recognized as a market leader with diverse service offerings and a versatile fixed asset base. Comerica Bank provided financing for the deal.
