West Bromwich Albion Employee Suspended Awaiting Independent Inquiry
West Bromwich Albion confirmed the suspension in a press statement while an impartial inquiry into claims of discriminatory behavior is underway.
The club's policies required the suspension, though the letter pointed out that it does not imply responsibility or guilt. Thus, the employee's right to privacy is protected throughout the whole procedure.

In the statement, West Brom said it is committed to upholding "equality, diversity, and inclusion" principles and has a zero-tolerance policy for any discriminatory behavior.
