Mackenzie Rosman poses for Maxim

Mackenzie Rosman, former star of "7th Heaven", posed for Maxim. "I caved... Just wrapped a #Maxim photoshoot," Roseman tweeted.

Rosman also previously posed for Gear magazine in 2010. This shortly became controversial. "It was a big deal. The magazine was banned on set, I think by orders of [executive producer] Aaron Spelling," Rosman told Maxim about the scandal. "I sneaked a peek at it, though. It was racy gossip amongst the women of '7th Heaven," she added.

Maxim is a men's magazine with a number of international editions. The magazine targets heterosexual adult males and is famous for its "cheesecake pictorials" of women from actresses to singers to models, all at the current peak of their respective careers.

The magazine eliminated two issues between 2010 and 2012, bringing the magazine to only 10 issues per year. It also decreased its circulation by 20%. Circulation went from 2.5 million to 2 million only.

This decrease could have been caused by decrease in sales. In 2012, Maxim lost 18% from annual ad sales, bringing its earnings from such to US112 million. In 2013, the magazine continued to see decline in the first quarter of 415% to US13.1 million.
