Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are quietly leaving their Beverly Hills block after rumors of divorce are coming in from Hollywood pundits.

ET Online reported that the couple, whom entertainment analysts project are in the process of divorcing after around two years of marriage, purchased their conjugal home for $60.8 million in May 2023 and are currently working with The Agency on the sale. 

Lopez was spotted looking at properties elsewhere in recent weeks, while TMZ reported that Affleck has moved out of the house.

Jen and Ben's Short-Lived Marriage

In May, a source told ET, on the condition of anonymity, that the couple were "continuing to take space from each other," with another source adding that they were going through "some problems."

Affleck and Lopez were old flames who rekindled their relationship in 2021 and got married in 2022. While talks of divorce have been on the rounds in the past few months, and Lopez announcing she was canceling her This is Me...Live tour, they were still seen together.

Property Details

It is understood that the property Affleck and Lopez were leaving behind is a 46,000-square-foot (4,273.54-square-meter) home sitting in a 5-acre (2-hectare) estate. 

It has 12 bedrooms, 24 toilets and bathrooms, an indoor sports complex, a sports lounge, and a bar. The home also included a 5,000-square-foot (464.52-square-meter) guest house, a two-bedroom guard house, and a 12-car garage.
