Buc-ee’s Opens Doors at New Location in Texas — Its Biggest Store Ever!

By

Buc-ee's largest store to date is now operating in Luling, Texas. With a massive 75,000 square feet of space and 120 gas pumps, the new travel center in Texas formally opened for business on Monday, June 10.

Given its dimensions, the Luling outlet surpasses all other Buc-ee's. Before the Luling site opened, the biggest was in Tennessee, spanning 74,000 square feet.

The new Buc-ee's shop will offer thousands of options for snacks, meals, and drinks, which is what the travel center chain is known for.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to honor the opening of the new Buc-ee's Luling, which began welcoming customers, as reported by Fox Business. Governor Greg Abbott and other local authorities attended the opening activities.

In a press release, Abbott said Texas takes great pride in being the headquarters of the rapidly expanding Buc-ee's empire. He noted that Buc-ee's is a small but significant part of the economy that will help make Texas great for future generations.

The business predicted that the Luling location would generate 200 new employment opportunities in late May.

"I am proud that Texas is home to the world's best convenience store," Abbott said.
