According to the Financial Times, Linda Yaccarino recently dismissed Joe Benarroch, X's head of business operations and communications.
Benarroch, who joined X in June 2023 from Comcast's NBCUniversal, had been a key figure in the company's communication strategy and reported to Yaccarino.
His duties will now be assumed by Nick Pickles, X's head of global government affairs, who will expand his role to include oversight of global communications.

This leadership change reportedly stemmed from escalating tensions between Linda Yaccarino and Elon Musk as she navigates the challenges of improving X's financial stability.
Last April, Musk brought in Steve Davis, CEO of his Boring Company and a close associate, to evaluate X's finances and performance management, FT reported.
