The billionaire businessman insists that there was never any intention to keep it a secret, but he also finds the idea of putting out a press release to be strange, Daily Mail reported.

The gender and name of Elon Musk's newest child are being kept under wraps, in line with his and his partners' commitment to maintaining their children's privacy.

Grimes Requests Privacy Amid Coverage of Elon Musk Family Dynamics

In September 2023, Grimes, the mom of three of Elon Musk's children, made a plea on social media for privacy regarding their family.

She discussed the recent media coverage surrounding their co-parenting arrangement and the unexpected arrival of their third child, Techno, who was born shortly after Elon Musk had twins with Shivon.

"Hey, I would rather not contribute any further to this ongoing media coverage, but I want to calm down the story," Grimes wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

She mentioned that she recently had a much-needed discussion with Shivon, making it clear that the situation was not Shivon's fault and urging fans not to direct their anger towards her.

According to Hello, Elon Musk embarked on his journey into fatherhood alongside his first wife, Justine Wilson. Together, they joyfully welcomed their first child, a son named Nevada Alexander, in 2002.

The news of Elon Musk's latest family member was unveiled in Walter Isaacson's 2023 biography. It revealed that Elon Musk and Grimes welcomed their third child, a son named Techno Mechanicus, who is lovingly called "Tau."
