With so many up-and-coming celebrities these days, the stars we grew up with can no longer rely on their Hollywood careers. Some now have successful business ventures that add to more than half of their total net worth.
1. Rihanna
Currently, on a music hiatus, Rihanna takes the number 1 spot with Fenty Beauty. According to Digital Resource, the makeup brand propelled the artist's net worth to $1.4 billion, just behind Taylor Swift's $1.6 billion, who solely got her earnings from music alone.
Out of all makeup brands, Rihanna's are only one of few that are inclusive to all skin types and colors. Today, the brand value sits comfortably at $2.8 billion, and with celebrity partnerships, it's expected to rake in millions more.
2. Selena Gomez
Recently, VCPost learned that the Wizards of Waverly Place actor has joined the Billionaire Club. And it's all thanks to Rare Beauty.
Similar to Rihanna's technique, Gomez, who is a Lupus survivor, ensures that her makeup brand's edge is about giving people with a disability easier control over their packaging. The majority of her net worth can be attributed to Rare Beauty, alongside her music and acting career.
3. Ryan Reynolds
You may know him as Deadpool, or Blake Lively's husband. But in the business industry, he's a massive name. The Hollywood Reporter listed not just one, or two, but multiple businesses under Reynolds' name.

He currently manages Aviation Gin with a partnership with Blake Lively's Betty Buzz, the Mint Mobile, sports ventures like Wrexham AFC, and Maximum Effort Marketing, where he teased the first Love Story (Taylor's Version) snippet.
4. Ashton Kutcher
Ashton Kutcher surprisingly had a thing for technology. He's not entirely like Elon Musk, who creates tech companies for a living.
Rather, his Crunchbase profile stated that he's been investing in an expanded tech business portfolio, like Robinhood, Uber, Airbnb, and other mainstream and up-and-coming businesses. To help more tech startups, the actor also co-founded a venture capital firm called A-Grade Investments.
5. Scarlett Johansson
With The Outset, The Hollywood Reporter shared that ScarJo gives people with sensitive skin a chance to glow using her eco-friendly products. Of course, you can't look like ScarJo, but you can definitely have glass and flawless skin like hers.
You may know her as Natasha Romanoff or Black Widow, or perhaps Lucy. Either way, Johansson is no longer playing an agent, she's now an entrepreneur building a sustainable skincare brand.
