Proprietary technology and gas diffusing equipment developer Seair Incorporated announced today that it named Jim Laird as its latest chief financial officer. Laird will replace Greg Marr, who will stay with the company as overseer of its operations.

Liard had 10 years of senior leadership experience, serving companies such as Bedlam Games Inc. and Covington Capital. He worked as chief financial officer and vice president for investments in the said companies, respectively. According to a press statement by the company, Laird has wide experience in strategy and investments especially on creating new possible ventures.

John Goetz, Director at Seair, commented on the new hiring. He said, "(the company) is very excited to have Jim join the management team as CFO. Jim is very creative and has the skills and experience that Seair needs to complete the successful turnaround commenced last year by our outgoing CEO transition and accelerate Jim's ability to execute on Seair's growth plan."
