Branded Reality, a Mobile technology firm, revealed that it had landed seed funds from North West Fund for Digital & Creative. The financial details, however, were not disclosed. The capital raised from North West Fund for Digital & Creative is to be used in the development of Branded Reality's technology and to improve its marketing of the service as well.
Branded Reality was co-founded by Paul Finnegan, current Branded Reality CEO, Omar Saeed, Development Director of Branded Reality, and Ian Smith, US Sales Director. "Brands are always looking to improve the return on their huge investment in sampling. We believe that our innovative technology provides an attractive new channel for them to distribute samples that will enable them more precisely to target more engaged consumers and provide better quality feedback," Mr. Finnegan explained.
The Liverpool, UK-based company created a software program that assists advertisers give free samples to possible customers. Users can obtain the advertised samples from their mobile gadgets at different prompts.
