Adler Kawa Real Estate Advisors acquires Carmel Executive Park

Adler Kawa Real Estate Advisors revealed they had acquired the Carmel Executive Park, a 225,000 square foot real estate property, in North Carolina. Adler Kawa Real Estate Advisors is a joint venture fund between Kawa Capital Management and Miami-based Adler Group. Adler Kawa Real Estate Advisors bought the property from Pizzagalli Properties, the original developer. Carmel Executive Park is situated at the intersection of Pineville-Matthews Roads and Carmel.

At present, the property has an occupancy rate of 95% with at least 100 establishments as its tenants. Financial details of the deal, however, were not disclosed.

The transaction for the Carmel Executive Park represents Adler Kawa Real Estate Fund II's the first real estate investment. President and chief executive officer of Adler Kawa Real Estate Advisors is Matthew L. Adler. Representing the property on behalf of the Pizzagalli Properties were Patrick Gildea, vice president, and Ryan Clutter, executive vice president.
